MONSTER HIGH® CATTY NOIR™ Doll

Superstitious never looked so super-stylish! Catty Noir is a furociously fab werecat with the fiercest fashion sense. She tears up the scene in a pink, feline-inspired skirt with a silver bodice and matching knee-high boots!

Very pretty

Pros: beautiful
My 11 year old daughter absolutely loves this doll. She is so pretty. Her outfit and overall appearance are a little fancier than most other Monster High dolls. She looks very glamorous.

Apples to Apples® Party Box

It's the game of hilarious comparisons, ready for party play! In each round, a new judge draws a Description Card. You've got to decide which card in your hand matches the Description in play, and hope the judge thinks your card is the best. And with so many cards in this version, it'll never be the same game twice!

Perfect party game!
Date:November 25, 2013
Pros: High quality, fun
Cons: not for younger players
This game can be played with four players, but it's not as much fun that way. The more players the better, making this the perfect party game -- ideal for upcoming holiday get-togethers. It helps if your family and friends don't mind being a bit silly and having fun with it. A good sense of humor is a big plus. The game requires pretty much no set-up, and the rules are simple, so you can have it out of the box and be playing in a matter of minutes. The biggest problem is that you won't want to STOP playing! My daughter is 11 and she can play this, no problem. It really is geared more towards teens and adults though, so I wouldn't recommend this for anyone younger than 11.

Blokus® Game

A family game, a strategy game, and an award-winning game all in one! Simple to learn, with endless play possibilities, Blokus starts each player with 21 pieces of different shapes and sizes. Your job is to play all your pieces first – or be the one with the fewest squares left. Can you block your opponents and expand your territory?

Simple yet lots of fun!
Date:November 25, 2013
Pros: High quality, Durable, fun
The rules of this game are very simple. You can have the game set up, the rules explained, and be ready to play in minutes. ** I do not feel that this game works well for three players, though, so keep that in mind. Four players is best, two can work, three not so much. ** We've played several times now, and it's been just as fun each time. It's a game that works well for different age players -- in our family that's two adults, a teen, and an 11 year old. We were able to play well together without any one of us having a huge advantage due to age. The more we play, the better we get. It is a strategy game and does require you to think before placing your pieces. It's great for exercising your brain and having fun at the same time. It's the perfect family game night game!

UNO® Blast

UNO® Blast

Get ready to have a blast with a new way to play UNO! Here's the surprise twist. When players need to draw cards, they no longer take them into their hand – they place them into the card blaster! Players must choose carefully, because any slot could trigger the blast. If your card is safe, then the play moves on . . . but if you trigger the blast, then all of the cards must be added to your hand!

Wild, updated version of UNO
Date:November 25, 2013
Pros: Durable
The chaos of this game, in my opinion, is appealing to kids. Instead of discarding into a pile like traditional UNO, your discards go into slots in the card blaster. When the blast feature is triggered, cards shoot out everywhere, and whichever player triggered it needs to take all those cards. As an adult, I prefer traditional UNO. My daughter really liked UNO Blast though, and thought it was much more fun to play than "regular old UNO." The card blaster seems very durable so far. This game can be played with only two players, but I think it's more fun with four+ players.

UNO® Power Grab™ Game

UNO® Power Grab™ Game

Fast fun meets power-packed fun – for everyone! UNO Power Grab™ plays like the classic card game, with new Power Towers to block action cards! Power cards let you steal towers from opponents. But one thing's always the same: When you're down to one card, don't forget to shout "UNO!"

Fun twist on UNO
Date:November 25, 2013
Pros: fast-paced, fun
Just like classic UNO, the goal is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards. Also, you still yell "UNO!" when you have only one card left in your hand. This game is much faster-paced and doesn't take nearly as long to play though. Also, it features the addition of four Power Towers. Power Towers can be used to block action cards, sabotage your opponents, and if you can collect all four you get instant UNO. The game can be played with two players, but it's a lot more fun with four players.
