Skelita was a hit!

Pros: unique torso with open ribcage
Cons: need to be a little careful when dressing torso
Skelita was a huge hit this Christmas, the kids love the "ribcage" look of the torso of the doll. I do hope they comes out with more new girls soon!

A nice doll, with a small flaw

Pros: High quality, unique bodymold
Cons: knees unbendable, wobbly
Skelita is one of their newest dolls. She has a custom body; a skeleton, complete with rib cage, spine and pelvis. This makes the doll unique, but also makes her harder to pose and stand up correctly. She is made of the softer, more flexible plastic, like Howleen of the Dance Class line. The only flaw I've found with the doll is that her knees are basically unmovable until you take them out of the socket and bend them a few times manually. Pop them back in and they'll work just fine.
All in all, she's a great an unique doll. Perhaps in later installments she'll be more sturdy and the knees will be fixed.

Pros: High quality
Monster High dolls are always entertaining for my daughter, but this particular doll is one of their better designs. The skeleton body and face tatoos are a really nice reference to The Day of The Dead, which my daughter has never heard of before but is now interested in learning about. I am happy that my daughter plays with these wonderfully detailed dolls and learns about being herself from their videos. My daughter and all her friends proudly proclaim the Monster High Motto, "Be Yourself. Be Unique. Be A Monster."

This doll is one of the two newest HIGHLY sought after desired must have Monster High Scaris dolls. Prices are soaring through the roof like a wildfire with high winds! Get one while you can and keep it in a safe place. They are so cool, they may decide to go out on the town without you! Way to go Monster High! Once again you have created a MONSTER of a cool doll!
