great idea, but doesnt work

Cons: totally broken app
Bought for my nephewfor Christmas. He was excited to play, and I had preinstalled the apps on his dads ipad. Unfortunately the app would always hang after the splash screen. it would sound like rushing water in the background, but the screen would be black and not respond at all.
I guess they can still be used as regular hot wheels cars.
