Cons: non movable joints
My daughter is a HUGE disney Brave fan and this was a must for her collection. There aren't a lot of sets that have elinor (the mother) along with merida and this gives her a chance to really role play with her dolls. she is head over heals in love with the elinor doll but said the merida doll was 'boring'. I think that is because she has the disney merida's that move at the joints......overall- this is a fabulous set and she is very happy with it.

My daughter told me my grand daughter didn't care for what I had planned to get for her. My daughter suggested Merida and Mother but I couldn't find it online. Then I saw an email from Mattel.com and I knew they'd have it. Sure enough; I typed in Merida and and there it was. She loved it when she opened it December 26th.

I got what I ordered, well-packaged to prevent damage, sooner than I expected. The dolls are lovely. The price was great! Thanks for a disappointment-free event! They are so rare!
