My daughter will be turning six next year in April and her playing with this dream house will help me out a lot. She will have something to play with for hours while I do Spring cleaning and watch HGTV....

Lots of imaginative play

Pros: easy assembly
My daughter (8 years old) has had this for 2 years now and enjoys playing with this house.. with Barbie or Monster High dolls. The only issue we ever have had was with the elevator coming out of the channel it is in... it's easy to put back.
