Pros: High quality, Durable, cute, fun
Cons: not very wide(depth)
Great item. easy to put together and everything works as stated. The only thing that may be negative is that its not very wide(depth), when all the furniture is in place its kinda hard to move around inside with barbie. Still a cute fun item!

Barbie's Dream Townhouse

Pros: bright and cheery - very barbie like!
Cons: plastic is not durable!
My granddaughter (age 6) and I put the Dream Townhouse together so that means it what pretty easy. The fireplace does not work, the chandelier will not light up when you open the door and the shower also will not make any sound. The doorbell works, the toilet flushes and the timer on the stove works - I hear them all the time she is playing with it. I have already gotten my money's worth as she really likes playing with it.

Pros: Durable
Bought this for my granddaughters 7th birthday. She had been asking for it for a couple years. She was thrilled and it was pretty easy to put together. My only criticism is the elevator. It was not very easy to attach and the string to raise it and lower frequently came undone. You have to be very careful when using the elevator and have to do quite a bit of manipulation by hand.
