Pros: High quality
My nine-year old daughter loved this. She has a Fijit Friend and loved the fact that the Newbies communicated with it. It was such a great value that I bought 3 Newbies for her. She absolutely loves them. However, I usually ask her to play with them in her room because the noise can be a bit annoying for adults.

Cons: Low quality, Not durable
One of the three fijit friends newbie that i received did not work. As these were Easter gifts, my daughter was heartbroken. I wish Mattel had checked their products before shipping them.
