Items possessed small quality defects that are common to the Monster High line, such as an extremely messy wig, but quality was overall decent. I like the sculpted scale detail on the dragon's body, but wish the wolf's ears had a less awkward fastening method.

Cons: Low quality, Not durable
We loved the creativity in the make-a-monster collection, but the quality is slightly sub-par. The parts fall off and they wear down too easily to wear the "plug" breaks off in the toy, also parts go missing easy. So you end up needing "replacement" parts and un-able to get them anywhere!! Another down side was getting two left legs or things like that, and for the add-on packs, trouble finding matching torsos and things if you want. Overall we liked the product and will continue to purchase them!

Pros: High quality
It's not very often, when shopping online, that a site delivers. Oh, they will ship products, but not all of the sites I've shopped fulfill all criteria: Yours did! You delivered the product, price, ease of navigation and prompt delivery, I'd hoped for!
My granddaughter was thrilled with her unique gift, too!
