an adult had to remove the clothes from the packaging and dress the doll- not user friendly for a little girl.

I bought this for granddaughter for Christmas, so don't have an opinion as to quality. Her friends have these doll, so am sure she will like it! Mattel shipped the item quickly.

Pros: High quality, Durable, creative
Very original designs for the coolest dolls ever. My granddaughter loves the Monster High dolls and ability to change their clothes adds to the fun. Very age approriate for a nine year old.
