So I know how hard it is to find certain ones this time of the year! Not only did I find the two that were on my son list, I got them on sale!! Thank-you Mattel ;0)

Surprise! Nothing like the commercial.
Date:April 2, 2012
Pros: Durable
Cons: very short pull string hard to manipulate
The toy looks great and my 3 year old loves to cuddle with it - functionally, though, it is a big disappointment. I think this toy appeals to kids in the 2-5 age range (my 6 y/o will have nothing to do with it) who will also have the hardest time manipulating it. The pull-string is extremely short and very hard to pull out for a little kid. The string is so short that by the time you pull it out all the way the toy can barely do anything, especially with the propeller feature. The push-down squirter is also hard to use for little hands. For such a big toy, it's very limited.

My 3 1/2 year old grandson loves Finn McMissle but being able to have him in the bathtub makes him really happy.

Awesome toy
Date:March 9, 2012
Pros: High quality, Durable, holds attention
Packaging was a bear to deal with - seems to be a trend in toys today. Once we passed that it was straight to the tub. The toy was awesome - it lived up to it's billing. It was a bit difficult to master the spraying action, but a little patience and we have it down. The targets are great. I don't know how well the suction cup will work to hold the toy up on the wall - Finn McMissle has been carried around for the last two weeks!
