Cons: Low quality, Not durable
This is all my daughter wanted for christmas. It is worthless. EVERY SINGLE piece we put together was fallen apart within 2 minutes of light play. Don't waste your money.

Easy assembly and beat my expectations!

Pros: High quality, Durable, easy assembly
Cons: price
I hesitated purchasing this for my 4 year-old daughter, because I thought it was over-priced, but was happily surprised when it arrived and understood why the cost was a bit higher than other dollhouses...it really is so cute and includes so much more than I had expected, AND IT WAS VERY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER!! Most of the assembly is already done for you. My daughter LOVES it, and I'm so glad I got it for her!!
