I received the package, I ordered a R/C Car for my grandson, and I received a Frankie Stein doll instead. I have tried to contact customer service and the email keeps coming back. So on my grandson's birthday, I had no gift for him. I did contact the person who received my package and she informed me she told customer service she was keeping it. Customer service however did not contact me and advise me of the mix-up. I think this company has very bad business practices and I don't believe I would shop at this site again. I can't even contact someone to get my money back.
